Meeting Facilities

Plan your next meeting, seminar or reception at Rocky Mount Museum. Our facilities are perfect to boost attendance, keep prices affordable, and provide a unique view of Tennessee's history.

The meeting facilities are air conditioned, handicapped accessible and very flexible.

Three seminar rooms seat 120.  Each room has its own entrance and exit.  All three may be joined by opening sliding partitions.

A 170 seat multi-media auditorium is fitted with:

-lighted stage with power and mic ports
-wireless microphones
-120'' presentation screen with powered roll-up.
-audio system with CD player/PC Audio/Input for MP3 player
-rear control booth with lighting controls,audio and video control.
-ceiling mounted projection for DVD or PowerPoint etc.
-Wi-Fi available on request

A full kitchen with commercial refrigerator is available for food preparation.

Our Historic Site area makes a picturesque outdoor event, with the 1890s style barn as a backdrop.  Picnic tables and shade trees are available or the field makes an excellent location for your party tent.
