Vendor Opportunities at Rocky Mount

Thank you for your interest in participating in our 2025 events! We welcome vendors, artisans, presenters, demonstrators, and organizations to showcase their original work through live presentations and engaging demonstrations.

Vendor Fees

  • Early Frontier Days Event Vendor Fee – $25

  • Woolly Day (Single-Day Event) – $50

Harvest Festival

  • Single-Day Fee – $50

  • Two-Day Fee – $80

Candlelight Christmas

  • Per Night – $50

  • All Four Nights – $125

Important Guidelines

  • All work displayed must be entirely original.

  • Booth spaces are reserved exclusively for presentations and demonstrations – sales or raffles of items are strictly prohibited.

  • We encourage you to share the unique process behind your craft to educate and engage our audience.

  • Selected presentations and demonstrations will be featured on our social media channels and website.

Vendor Registration Deadline - All vendor applications must be submitted no later than 7 days before the event.
